As a physician, if you suspect sleep apnea while treating an existing patient, we encourage you to download and fax the completed form and fax it to (337) 857-3514. You may also email us a scanned copy.

Convenient Testing

The Home Sleep Test will arrive with printed instructions, along with a link to a helpful instructional video. We provide 24/7 support to your patients should any additional assistance be needed.

Fast Shipping

We ship all of our Home Sleep Tests with FedEx, so your patient will be able to track the arrival of their Home Sleep Test easily. Upon completion of the test, they simply return the test using the prepaid shipping included in the package.

Critical Analysis

Upon receiving the wearable device back from the patient’s home sleep test, one of our registered  Polysomnographic Technologist will analyze and score the test. With the analysis complete, one of our Boarded Sleep Physician interprets the data and recommends treatment as applicable.

Detailed Reporting

Upon one of our board certified sleep specialists providing treatment recommendations, the study is faxed or emailed back to you. Our report is three pages long, including AHI, Hypnograph data, and treatment recommendations.
